What are the delivery times?

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have processed it, followed by a second email containing your tracking number to monitor its delivery.

Order processing is completed within 48 working hours at our warehouse, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed from the following Monday or Tuesday.

Estimated delivery times, in addition to processing time, are as follows:

• Metropolitan France and Monaco: approximately 2 business days.
• European countries: between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination.
• Other countries: the delivery time varies depending on the destination.
