What is your return and refund policy?

If you made your purchase on our website, you can return a product within 14 business days from the day you receive your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned to the address provided by Customer Service, in their original packaging and complete, to allow for resale in new condition, and must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal processing. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.
