How do I pick up my order at the point of sale?

In-store pickup is only available at Essential Parfums boutiques.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. From this notification, you will have 7 days to collect it. If you do not pick up your order within this period, a reminder will be sent to you by email. If there is no response or pickup within 3 days of this reminder, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded.

As the opening hours of the boutiques may vary, please remember to check the "Stores" page.
If someone other than the customer is picking up the order, they must present the order number and the customer's original ID to collect the order.
